As a Positive Psychology Coach, my goal is to empower individuals to successfully transition through major life events and challenges. At the core of my practice is positive psychology, a scientifically-based approach that helps individuals accomplish their goals and live a more satisfying life.
The essence of positive psychology is simple and practical. It is the focus of what is “right,” as opposed to what is “wrong” with individuals. In doing so, the focus is on individual strengths, and building on that so that individuals can live healthy, happy, and meaningful lives.
